Memorandum from the Chairman:
In line with the directives under Proclaimation No. 1667, series 2006, all public and private HEIs including local colleges and universities are hereby enjoined to do the following:
1. Submit to this Commission by November 17, 2009, list of technologies developed, or researches conducted that have helped people in the grassroots deal with climate cnahge incidences. These shall be announced during the Telethon of multimedia providers on November 20, 2009; and
2. Widely disseminate and distribute to your constituents the materials developed by the OPACC and National Communication on Culture and Arts, which are likewise enclosed.
